Dr. Chuks Osuji is a distinguished legal practitioner, procurement expert, and communication scholar with an extensive academic and professional background spanning law, public procurement, communications, and public administration.

He holds two doctoral degrees: a PhD in Petroleum and Gas Law and a PhD in Communication Studies with specialization in New Media. In addition, he possesses Master's degrees in English Studies, Law, and International Affairs and Diplomacy, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Public Procurement.

A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Dr. Osuji has attended numerous professional development programmes, conferences, and specialized courses within Nigeria and abroad, further enhancing his expertise in law, governance, strategic management, and procurement practice.

Dr. Osuji currently serves as the Director of Procurement at the Niger Delta Development Commission, where he provides leadership in procurement planning, compliance, and contract administration in line with public procurement regulations and best practices.

He is an active member of several professional bodies, including the International Bar Association, Nigerian Bar Association, and Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management and a Fellow of the Association of Public Procurement Practitioners of Nigeria, among other professional affiliations.

Born into the family of Chief Remigous Osuji and Lolo Fidelia Osuji, both retired teachers, Dr. Osuji hails from Umuoparaoma in Imo State.

He is happily married to Mrs. Kelechi Chuks-Osuji, and their union is blessed with three children. Through his professional accomplishments and commitment to public service, Dr. Osuji continues to contribute significantly to institutional development, public sector governance, and national growth.
