Engr. Abrahams Onduku, FNSE, PMP, is the Director of the Project Management

Department (PMD) at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). Born on

19th December 1969, with over 30 Years of professional experience, Engr. Onduku

has established himself as an accomplished leader in the fields of engineering and

project management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and

a Master's degree in Engineering Management, combining technical expertise

with strategic leadership.

Before assuming his current role, Engr. Onduku served as the Director of Project

Monitoring and Supervision from January 2021 to October 2022. His career

trajectory at NDDC began in 2004, following a successful tenure at First Aluminum

Nig. Plc, where he worked as a Production Engineer.

Since his promotion to Director in 2000, Engr. Onduku has played a pivotal role in

overseeing and executing key projects that have significantly impacted the Niger

Delta region. His expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects,

combined with his commitment to excellence, has earned him recognition as a

Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE) and certification as a Project

Management Professional (PMP).

Engr. Onduku's leadership and project management skills continue to drive the

successful implementation of development projects, contributing to the growth

and transformation of the Niger Delta.
