Engr. Omowanle, Oluwole Gbenga, PhD, FNSE, MNIM, ACFE is currently the Director, Directorate of Project Monitoring and Supervision (PMS), Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). 

With over 24 years of working experience in project-based environments, managing projects, resources and personnel. He has made landmark impact in the realization of various outstanding projects within and outside the Niger Delta Region, having worked in various offices and held various positions in the Commission including; Directorate of Utility Infrastructural Development and waterways (UIDW), Environmental Protection & Control (EPC), Office of the Executive director, Projects where he worked as a Technical Assistant to three past Consecutive Executive Director, Projects (EDP) of the Commission and currently in the Directorate of Project Monitoring and Supervision (PMS) as a director. 

Endowed with vast knowledge in Project Management, Engineering Design & Construction, Environmental Management, protection and Sustainability gained over a decade of hard work and post-graduation studies ranging from, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) Electrical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA), MSC in Environment & Sustainable Development to PhD in Natural Resources, Environment and Sustainable Development. He is an alumina of various prestigious Universities and Institutions including; Metropolitan school of Business and Management, United Kingdom; University of Port Harcourt Rivers State, National Open University of Nigeria; Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt; Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State ; Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti among others where he excelled excellently in various academic pursuit.

He Joined the Services of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in 2002. Hails from Ilaje LGA of Ondo State. A United Nation Peace Ambassador of the Inter-national Association of World Peace Advocate (IAWPA). A devoted Christian, an active social worker, and an advocate for change. He is blessed with a wife and wonderful Children.
