Engr. Ule Okezie, MNSE, is a Highway and Transportation Civil Engineer with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), where he has been employed since July 27, 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, a Master’s degree from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), and a Doctorate from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Engr. Okezie is registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE). He is also a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and holds membership in both the Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers (MNIHTE) and the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (MNICE).

With extensive experience in planning, construction management, and financial control, Engr. Okezie has served in various capacities throughout his career and has steadily advanced through the ranks. He currently serves as the Substantive Director for the Rivers State Office. Engr. Okezie is happily married and is a devoted father.
